At Billington Designs, we take pride in our craftsmanship and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
All products purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Commissioned pieces are non-refundable due to their custom nature.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the purchase date.
To request a return for a defective or damaged item, please email billingtondesigns@yahoo.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Items must be in original packaging for any return consideration.
If a return is approved, return shipping responsibility will be determined based on the circumstances:
If the defect is due to a manufacturing issue, Billington Designs may cover the return shipping cost.
If the damage is due to misuse, improper handling, or customer error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement regarding a return, Billington Designs will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue via email communication.
By purchasing from our store, the customer agrees that any disputes regarding returns will be handled without third-party mediation unless required by law.
